I think that's really awesome, to be honest.

Not just recipes, but you could use this when you need to grab the news really quick before heading out for work, or you could play some soft, relaxing music during dinner time, or hell just use it as eye candy while you munch on something.

If I had the money, I would totally do that in my house. I might choose to employ a sliding-door mechanism instead, though.
