(which is SERIES 2 or seasons 3 and 4) In the first case, yes all of Axis Powers is dubbed and on their channel. In the second case, no not yet, It should come out by the end of this year tho (the movie's dub is releasing on 11/22/11) I haven't found an offical relase date for World Series's dub, but it would make sence that it would come out soon after the movie's dub, hope that helps ^^
