Wayne and Eastwood is an apples and oranges comparison imo.

John Wayne westerns were usually black and white with the Duke playing the good guy. Clint Eastwood had a more of a gray area to them. I'd argue he was usually more of an anti-hero than good guy.

@gregsmusic1 hey get this ...in the late 1900s there was only one tv channel in our country...the newz was the best of what could be watched....i was in my club one evening... an all of a sudden the gr8 lee van cleef appeared on the screen [from G B & U pic]...i thought i had had a few more drinks then what is usual for me....unfortunately it was to announce that he was no more...too bad...but even then i only wanna mention what a gr8 actor he was !!!

This has to be one of the most exciting, enjoyable and interesting western movies I have ever seen and when I went to rent it I have to admit that I was a bit distressed finding it was not going to be THAT easy to find.
