Yay! Thank you! :-) I am really trying hard - even with ALL The crap we're trying to do - to go at least three times a week! I didn't go Tues - girly issues - but I did go today! :-) taking it easy on the knee too! :-) whoo hoo!
this is the second one ;-) episode one has chipmunk tread-milling too ;-) lol and yeah. might as well. i mean i COULD do a three part video of my entire workout. but honestly. even I don't want to watch that, and I'm totally lame! :-) lol
i kow you said you're only getting to the gym about once a week.. but are you seeing any results from the slim quick you're taking? i was curious about that product.
i might if i were taking it consistently. i forgot to take it with me to Orlando, so I ended up just continuing to forget. Plus, I was taking a 1/2 of what they suggest you take. And really, that's a lot of vitamins n herbs every day. I need to start doing the whole counting thing again. You know...the MM's...it worked before. the product itself was fine. and I didn't feel too bad on them or anything, i just didn't want to take 12 pills a day ;-)
I should do something like this, and the only excuse i have for not going to a gym is that i have no time. I spend too many hours a day working, the of course there is shopping cooking cleaning etc to do, after all that is done i NEED to rest!
lol Thanks! :-) it's all right. i'm not sure what the deal is. i just try walk steady and not jerk it around too much. i didn't go Tuesday this week - girly issues. but I did go today, and did full 30 minutes! :-) *hugs*
