    ZIzek doesn't properly explain why almost everybody is wrong about Hegel and why he has the correct views. He's confusing and screws around as much as a deconstructionist instead of just getting to the damn point.

  • I love Zizek's temporality. Freud would add that the future is not the only 'impossible' that becomes necessary retroactively. There isn't only this 'future-past', but also a 'past-future' in which our history literally hasn't happened yet, but wells up from an atemporal unconscious.

    The Wolfman case history is the perfect example of this - the primal scene of the parents copulating is the 'impossible' event, which would have become necessary some twenty years later through analysis.
