WOW thats great, a simple cure for Tinnitus, why didn't all the medical experts think of that!!!! While I'm here I got a great cure for Cancer. All you need to do is rub your belly with one hand while patting your head with your other hand.

And yes. Mercury causes ear ringing. Just realized I left that out. Avoid eating outside when you experience ear ringing. Pay close attention to when the ringing starts up. You will learn the rest on your own.

I have done some intrakit research and have found out that it's Mercury. It causes behavior changes and memory loss. There are several different types. Look them up. One more thing. Splash Wash your house with cheap dish washing liquid and stay up late at night. You learn the rest on your own.

I posted on this, but don't see it, so, once again, thanks for the advice! It is much better than the explanations for Tinnitus most of the British sounding people are using to sell their books and methods! this worked, but I caution to do it slowly, and with not too much pressure. I got tin when my brother boxed my ears 35 years ago. I live with it by focusing on the good sounds around me.

well it doesnt help to get rid off it but if you guys are like me-getting louder at night and cant sleep-it helps me A LOT to listen to Alpha and Beta brainwaves.I favorited all at least 25-30 so its going on for me the whole night.No mention even u r asleep the sounds still affecting the brain in a good way.

I remove it by meditation. At first i sat down in the traditional position, and then i thought "the sound does not exist" over and over again. It feels like i have to supress it from the top of the inside of the head and down, untill in was gone, and then hold it down a little bit.

Now i can just press it down in seconds with no meditation ^^

Sorry i have to describe in such a wierd way, but i can not explain it better :b

@ZombieManCam Hi. I just thought I'd let you know that up until very recently I had extremely bad ringing in my ears (mainly my left ear actually) and told someone at my college about it. She recommended trying to find a CD by a hypnotherapist named Duncan McColl. Long story short she made a copy of one of his CD's (specifically designed for tinnitus treatment) and I've listened to it daily for the last few months and words can barely express how much it helped. I recommend hunting it down.
