  • Πολύ καλό το 5:09 και μετά κάτι πράγματα που είσαι με την κόκκινη μπλούζα.

    Τάσπασε το old school υλικό που έβαλες. Ειδικά το χελιδόνι σε σταυρό μέτρησε πολύ ρε. Έπρεπε να βάλεις και τη φάση με το ψάρι όμως ρε.(Κατάλαβες τι εννοώ εσύ)

    Μπράβο μπράβο.... Καλό βιντεάκι. Ξόδεες και λίγο χρόνο στο editing βλέπω. Έτσι. Και απ'την επόμενη φορά με καλύτερη κάμερα γιά να μετρήσει και περισσότερο.

I watched some videos of you. you got some ill planches and stuff. good music choice also. what is the name of the first song? maybe a tip you can give me for the planche. also do you know if there is some kinda secret for learning planche. sorry but I'm totally obsessed with planches but I can only do a fairly handstand balance. thnkz in advance.

  • @djfreakstyler Name of first song (Loui), artist-Ronald Jenkee. As for planche training, you have to spend time. Day by day work for it to give rest. The usual break between sets is from 2 minutes and over. You can try different exercises. Handstand to tuck planche, tuck planche tuck planche to straddle. push ups but your handsshould be at your waist height. Try variety. Every attempt should be from 8 to maximum 15 seconds. Firstly you build the tech and strength and then endurance.
