@OMGitsDSypl first of all it wasnt a real clamp it was kinda like a braccelet that you can open and close and the neck thing was not real duh if u got stabbed in the neck in real life you would die it probably had a special derma glue a.k.a skin glue (safe for skin)

In the film, Brit states out loud that an arm has to be kept in the slot to keep the path for the blood to the beaker open.
