@cannonmovietalesfan I'm VA'ing the narrator and the Pokedex doesn't feature in this episode. The beginning with Psyduck in it doesn't make a noise in the Japanese dub (it's drinking) so nothing is being done to it. The Dratini episode might be fandubbed if there's a better quality version of it out there.

I can't wait to see the finished product! But what are you going to do about segments like "Who's that Pokemon?" that are different in Japanese and in English? Are you going to use the original Japanese one, or are you going to use the English version of Porygon's eyecatch from the Orange Islands episode, "A Way Off, Day Off" (episode 100)?

@JDRooDigger I didn't think so much as to the 'dare da' segment in the Japanese version. You bring up a good point, actually. I initially wanted to combine both versions; having part of the Japanese into and fading into the English dub. As for that segment, if I can obtain that eyecatch, I'd likely include it. If not, I may have to leave it out altogether. Thanks for raising that!

Oh, and since you said you wanted to leave in the original VA's for Pikachu and Porygon, you might want to try removing the English Porygon voice from the clip and putting a Japanese Porygon voice clip in (I seriously have no idea if this would be possible though, I'm not too much of a "tech wiz", just another suggestion) .

Not particularly. I think a high sort of voice would be the best for her, but if you want to experiment, that's okay. If you need lines, try these ones:

" What hasn't been happening today? I want to know what's going on, too.

When we transfer a rare Pokemon such as Ninetales....the Pokemon that arrives is switched, and the original never gets there at all! Anyway, it looks like a bug in the system is causing it."

If your voice strains though, don't push it. I think a medium-tone Nurse Joy could work just as well.

Yeah, but only a very small amount of them were released. I know they dubbed Electric Soldier Porygon (even after knowledge of the seizures), but they did not release these English dubs on air. Which is a good thingsince it would have caused mass seizures otherwise. Even with Beuty and the Beach, they dubbed it and released it, but did not release the few minutes with James in it.

Yeah, they did dub the Legend of Dratini but again they had to censor all of the unsavory stuff. Well, the Pokemon anime has been produced for the masses, I suppose the morals of the show have been traded for money.
