Im pretty sure that's not deep water cult, its areo/nft also called F.A.G fake areoponic growing, because it uses sprayers instead of foggers . actual deep water cult is done with a bucket of water, pump and airstone with the water covering the roots and pump and airstone getting o2  to the roots

Very good step-by-step video on how to make this system. I would like to point out however, although I'm no hypdroponics expert, I'm pretty sure that this is an aeroponics system as to a deep water culture system as the video title suggests. Doesn't make a major difference to the overall content of the video, but I just pointed it out just in case people got confused when looking up equipment/tools for making either system. Once again, good video :D

good idea isnt that pump a little overpowered for those sprayers? shouldnt you have a pressure release valve? Might burn the pump out.

Thanks for posting this step-by-step guide in building a homemade DWC system. I'd like to build a similar system but I am planning to put 7 drill holes instead of 5, do you think that would better since there would be a lot of sprayers in the system?
