Joe was relly the first one who had that real punkrock voice and he was the one who made as it is today. and i don't mean green day and that mtv shit but real punkrock bands like dead kennedys, exploited, the oppressed and other street punk bands.. that is unique and real punk. punk that is still played in the garages and not in concert halls. Joe created punk rebellion and we should thank him for that. kids of today should learn that not everything fast is punkrock.

Joe was such a prophet: the sad thing is that "Tommy Gun" is just as relevant now as it was 31 years ago. I am fuckin' older, and I saw them four times in Los Angeles, and the best 3 minutes of my life was the first time I heard "Complete Control" live.
