I use Sony Vegas, and I think it's pretty easy to use, but I only utilize a few of the available features (I have to keep it simple), and it did take a little time to get used to the program, but you can use it for basic things pretty quickly and without much stress. :)

But I've yet to find a free version :(

But if you have the money, it's worth it!
