  • BC=Bring Cash!!!

  • I will be a new BC resident in three weeks! I will proudly leave Alberta and will have a bitter souvenir of it.

  • I am thee proudest Canadian you will ever hear of. I love my country and British Columbia is where I was born and raised. I have been to 3 continents and seen Wonders of the world but here my friends in British Columbia is by far the most beautiful place on earth. I LOVE BC!!

  • @LenNateisland It's the most beautiful place in Canada I guess.... So cannot wait to live in BC soon!!!!

  • KAMLOOPS BC born and raised <3 :) i love it here.

  • I hate when Canadian provinces talk eachother down. I love BC, and I love Alberta. Every province and territory has something to offer.

  • I'm glad I live in British Columbia lol--such a peaceful place to live in! My favourite seasons here is Summer and Spring. :)

  • Wow just reaffirms that I want to move out to BC as soon as I'm out of school I have a 2nd home in Smithers and let me tell you those are the best weeks of my year.

  • I love when Albertan's try to make fun of BC even though It's where they spend their summers..... BC is where it's at and everyone knows that!

  • @mikey77771

    Alberta sucks.

  • @jenii84 It sure does

  • @jenii84 I'm leaving Alberta in 3 weeks to move to Langley, BC. I so cannot wait. I will be so happy to be away from those rednecks and dirty assholes Edmonton has :)

  • @mikey77771 Let's not forget about their driving - if you're from BC, you know exactly what i'm talking about! They'll go like hell down the straight stretch but slow to 20 around the corners... and God forbid if you try to pass them!

  • @kris13119 Hahaha Oh I know! That's your typical Albertan. Yeah and then when that passing lane comes they just stomp that pedal to the floor, I find it so funny lol

  • @mikey77771 I've had the pleasure of seeing them do that in front of the RCMP, and laugh when they're arrested for it! I know a few truck drivers and have heard the hatred they have... unfortunately for Alberta drivers, playing chicken with a transport can be deadly, they'll take you out!

  • @kris13119 Yeah I have never understood Albertan's and their driving lol

  • british columbia....most of the video showed vancouver haha not even british columbia. but proud to live in bc even if im 14 hrs away from vancouver

  • The MULTICULTURAL part I could do without. The rest is great.

  • 3:01 amazing! Where is that? I have to have a little hut up there in mountains! Looks like paradise. Just amazing.

Again.. can anyone tell me where that is?

  • Yeah that is beautiful. Like Yellowstone in the US.

  • NIce place.. but only if you could afford it!... Its increasingly getting VERY expensive to live in Vancouver..

  • THE LAND WHERE THE AIR IS FRESH .GREEN, BEAUTIFUL AND MULTICULTURAL I LOVE IT <3

  • I wish they showed more of Victoria the City..it's always the Empress and The Legislature... • that is one tripped out video, love the bit where that bloke is ice skating across the frozen lake. Im in Bristol england, u British Columbians have it so good, BIG LOVE FROM BRISTOL!

  • British Columbia is so Beautiful.

Visited Vancouver, Victoria,Chamanus,PrinceRupert,Skeena train to Prince George,Smithers ,Jasper,Banff,Kanloop,Kalowna,Merritt,Hope, back to Vanvouver then Rocky Moutaineer to Whistler.

ALL Amazing and the People are very warm and freindly. Ramada Hotel in Vancouver was Great but was in Downtown which was a little seedy with a lot of Tramps But was only there for 2 nights.

All cities have a bad side compared to London, Vancouver was no sweat.

    BC Rocks

  • Respect British Columbia, British Columbia is your Master!!

  • BC would be better if not all the Asians and east Indians took it over.

Not racist, we all know its true.

  • @JillnRe i made a comment on here a few days ago saying some of the rudest most ignorant people i have ever met have been from BC..you just proved it..what is the problem with some of you people..you seem to say the most ignorant hateful things...all of us canadians are immigrants.. we europeans came here and we took it from the natives..and all canadians are free to travel and live and work wherever they want in canada..regardless of what ignorant small minded people think..

  • BC is just awesome!!! I went there camping with my family in summer... I would give a lot to come over again...

  • but saddly it doesn't beat the YUKON!!!

  • BC is awesome!!

  • I think I am in love with British Columbia!!

  • I love the place and wish I never moved. But I will be back.

  • RIP ROBERT DZIEKANSKI

  • FRUITVALE

  • This is a beautiful peice of music

  • Anyone know which waterfall that is at 0:38? =O

  • 1:50 to 1:53 is the BEST part of this vid in my oppinion.... then the part with the Rocky Mountaineer!!! and the part at 2:41 and 2:42 is the Mission Hille winery in West Kelowna, had a 150$ lunch there! all parts in this vid involving the Okanagan, Shuswaps, KVR Trail, and the trains is awsom

  • 1:50 to 1:53 is the BEST part of this vid in my oppinion.... then the part with the Rocky Mountaineer!!!

  • Hey where was the waterfall from in this clip?

  • BC BUD!!! lol

  • @charmandarstudios THATSA RIGHT!!!! Screw Cali Bud!!! lol

  • @nihaoma248 I live here.

  • my home....

  • @mike5galicia Well, if you don't like the rain, then move inland and away from the coast and to the Kootenay's, it hardly ever rains in Cranbrook.

  • @mike5galicia You must be confused. The Chinese do not own the province, and there's no reason for pointing that out unless you're racist. If you look at toronto, it has about 303 days with sunshine and Vancouver has 289, on average. And yes, our mountains are quite pricey tourist attractions as they hold all sorts of minerals, but we can assure you it's free to hike on them.

  • @kular22 yeah..canada is supposed to be a free peace loving country, but from some of the things each province says about the other its hard to believe canada is such a great place...lots of racist people in canada..ignorant is a much better word to describe it..im white, but id much rather be associated with minorities than rednecks....canada was stolen from the natives by immigrants from europe, people fail to understand that for some reason.,well rednecks dont understand much for that matter.

  • @wizwow77 Take a bath Hippie.

  • @wizwow77 I bet you're an angry native who's been mistreated.

  • @DJonX7 nope..i live in alberta and work with people from all over the world..but i cant help noticing how rude and ignorant the boys from BC are..they will just blurt out the most hateful and innappropriate things.to anyone.....just commenting on what ive experienced..they are rude to everyone..muslims, chinese, quebecors, the people born in alberta, eastern canadians..natives..etc..somone should teach them some manners before they come here..

  • @wizwow77 Well i'm a 17 yearold guy from BC and I love both our provinces, and respect all races. i don't know who you've met. I've also noticed lots of people from our hicktowns are douchbags.

  • i live in bc

  • @360gamerwar lucky bastard =(

  • @360gamerwar get some of that grade A 100% pure columbian snow then??? please:').

  • Picturesque BC, marvelous climates!!! Greetings from Poland, EU.

  • Great cinematography of a gorgeous region. One awesome place in particular is the West Coast Wilderness Lodge on B.C.'s Sunshine Coast. Check it out on the NorthWoodsVideo YouTube Channel.

  • "BRITISH" Columbia? Fuck off back to Britain. It's Salish Columbia!

  • Does someone have this video in a larger and better quality?

  • I would very much so love to move there... and plan on it.

  • i live in a sunny place, one of the most beautiful places in Earth, Sardinia,Italy. British Columbia in the place of my soul. I learned there my destiny. I can compare the two different paradises destinated for me, my country and the country of my love. The are both HOME. From my point of view this place is a kiss of God. I love the culture, the contraddictions, the daily life there. BC, Home, for ever in my heart!

  • Know what? TO HELL WITH ARCHAIC, OPEN-DOOR LIBERAL IMMIGRATION POLICIES!

  • @dexterworks Welcome to BC.

  • @xxtropicalbluexx Yeah if you want to pay for the inflated cost to live there.

  • hiel hitler gordon campbell

decriminalize the marijuana like arnold did in california

or declare war on california cuz that where i'll be spending all my money

  • Im in a small BC town called Ladner. Ive seen all of the lower half of BC. Im going up to Fort St. John for an elk hunt in January. Im gonna see alot more of BC.

  • what a waste of my taxpayer money! how about spending money on healthcare and education? Time to put Canadians first, not tourists! stupid government

  • @friendlynicholas you do realize that tourism makes up a massive part of our economy and hence actually serves to create jobs and bring in income and sales tax dollars...

  • Ive lived in Abbotsford. (near Vancouver) my whole life. trust me its not as pristine as it is in this video where i live but yes bc is quite beautiful and I love livin here.

  • Love it!!! Live there!!! Just wonderful!!! "-)

  • Lol lived in chilliwack my whole life

  • BC is so overhyped and overrated. Look at these TourismBC posts, they show you all the pricey tourist attractions, but you see nothing of the real city. 12% HST tax, inflated housing prices, and the chinese essentially own this province. Not to mention they don't show you the weather 8 months out of the year- overcast, gray, and perpetual rain.

  • @thewun1 Chinese dont own this province, canadians do, and if you dont love it.. leave it, you tool

  • @thewun1 hawaii is much nicer than bc

  • @lowaces hawaii has been raped by the japanese. so not as nice as bc.

  • everyone sees the beauty of the forests and mountains how about taking a good look at what the cities are like.. about 30% of people are below the poverty line. 5% are homeless. the only people that have the big houses/cotages on the ocean are the people who are rich beyond most peoples dreams either that or they dont even live in this country

  • Holy crap i'm gona go again to BC, it was the best vacation

  • I LOVE BEAUTIFUL BRITISH COLUMBIA ...... A PARADISE....LOVE IT.

  • @japanesesen British columbia ? lol

  • i just love that!! but i have good news, I'm going to live there in mor or less 1 month, . . i was waiting for these aprox 1,5 years!

  • good thing i live there. ^.^

  • Great video, BC is an incredibly beautiful place.

  • @MrDigitalcowboy

No Body Knows Taxes Better Then California Residents =)

Thats One Of The Reasons Why Im Getting The Hell Out Of Here & Moving To BC!i

  • Cant Wait To Start My Life Here With My Love =)

Bye Bye Los Angeles Hello BC

  • Fetch my raincoat, I'm going to BC!

  • It's true, there is a lot to see and do here. I think that as residents of British Columbia, we sometimes tend to take for granted what we have here and thus don't appreciate it as much as our visitors. British Columbia is truly spectacular by nature and should be explored and enjoyed by all of us, not just the tourists. We are truly lucky to live here, nestled against the mountains, against the sea and surrounded by forests and a landscape filled with vibrant wildlife and breathtaking views.

  • @Pudgycub Your so right. I lived there for over 10 years and came back to the prairies. What a mistake that was, all I can think about is moving back. I will never take it for granted again.

  • @Pudgycub beauty's in the eye of the beholder as the saying goes.people are so busy with their personal matters, they forget about nature and the environment that surround them.BC is indisputably the most beautiful province in Canada.I was briefly there 'cause I was travelling across the country from London,Ontario to Vancouver,BC.I still haven't seen Vancouver Island yet which is even prettier there.

  • @Pudgycub Hi, we are planning to go to BC for a week, could you gave me a list of places that i must visit or see =D thank you ,

  • The most beautiful place on Earth! I love BC I love Vancouver I love Canada! I am so lucky to be here! I am grateful!

  • OMFG !!! i'm speechless. it's even better than a dream dude !!! Downhill freeride heaven !!!!

  • Wheres the rain? they forgot to show that it rains 11 months out of the year in B.C.

  • Soooo good to be able to call this home

  • so beautiful!!! omg canada is gorgeous! except ONTARIO!!

  • Where is that beautiful forest at 0:28?

  • @kratsjovic It'd be really hard to answer that since we have forests like that everywhere ._.

    Literally everywhere.

Of course, stuff always looks better on camera.

  • Awesome...Simply Awesome..Simply - Beautiful British Columbia

  • How Amazing british columbia looks :)

one day i will visit maybe even emigrate its the kind of lifestyle that would suit me quite well the great outdoors etc

  • Bc is the warmest part of Canada.. and it actually snows the least here.. so if u want 2 go 2 canada.. but hate the cold come to bc.. go towards vancouver, victoria, kelowna.. they get the hottest.. and have nice weather most of the time.., but for that kind of weather i suggest you come during april-mid spetember

  • Anyone know the frozen lake the hockey player is on at 1:50? Thx. =]

  • Green lake. In Whistler

  • so expensive to get there from AUS especially with 5 People !!

  • I see beach, snow capped mountains and city on my bus ride to work...I will never get bored of this. Vancouver has its problems, poverty, homelessness, drugs, and so on which need to be addressed urgently.

  • @miketimlin. Black Tusk (In Garibaldi Prov. Park) is the one they're climbing. The Garibaldi Massif is the one in the background.

  • Okay, I get it, deny the beauty to keep the pikeys away, good thinking.

    Yeah, its all CG.

    Too funny !

I lived there 6 years, and I was blown away every morning I looked out the window, no matter where I was living, Van Victoria, etc.

  • Congratulations to you and your family Maelle for your wonderful gold medal performance.

    Go BC! Go Canada! Believe!

  • British Columbia has always felt like home to me.

  • Columbia refers to the Columbia River (which originates in BC and flows through Washington and Oregon) named by American Captain Robert Gray for his ship Columbia. As you have probably noticed, many things in the New World ultimately trace their name back to Christopher Columbus.

  • The name for the province of British Columbia was chosen by Queen Victoria and proclaimed in 1858. We were part of the British empire at the time (As is the case in Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica etc., the British monarch is still Canada's "ceremonial" head of state).

  • Aww superjoka.. no it was not some American who named BC.. sigh.

Queen Victoria named the province British Columbia. Given that the newly formed Government of Canada maintained ties with the British Monarchy, and given that during the 1870's there were still tensions between the British and the Americans over land, the Queen was letting it be known that it was British territory.

  • Hey Jebus00.. if you look in some history text books this sorta thing happens alot. Countries are beaten civilzations are fought and won or lost. The Salish lost.... Im sure the Scotts feel the same way. War sucks.

  • British Columbia is Native Salish land that has been infested with all sorts of trash from Ireland, England, Ukraine, Poland etc! You might give the world bullshit about BC being the best place on earth. It;s not your loand you thieves, it's Salish land!!!!

  • actually, The best place on earth is more of description of my beautiful province. B.C.'s actual motto is "Splendor sine occasu" Latin for "Splendour without Diminishment". Thanks. Also I'm pretty sure that there are deserts in Alberta....Hellllooooo Drumheller!!!! I could be wrong.

  • @Theworldkicks ARROGANT STATEMENT. WHO THE HELL DOES PREMIER CAMPBELL THINK HE IS CALLING BC THE 'BEST PLACE ON EARTH'.

  • @thewun1 Welcome to BC. He has to justify the ridiculous cost of living in his city. HST woohoo!!

  • @Theworldkicks hi.. the drumheller area has badlands, not deserts but it's hot enough to feel like it sometime! only the states has a desert..

  • @Theworldkicks ossoyoos is the only desert in canada. there is none in alberta.

  • @2layers I live in Kamloops; it is a semi arid desert here.

  • @Theworldkicks Your right, Alberta does have deserts, The Alberta Badlands are a desert, which is where Drummerheller is. It's very dry there.

  • "Super, Natural British Columbia" and "Beautiful British Columbia" are so much better than the current motto: "The Best Place On Earth". It just tries way too hard...

  • "The Best Place On Earth" is the best moto ever 'cause it helps to sell real estate to asian investors.

  • well there is a really cool looking desert like place near Ft Chipawan in Alberta. And there is also Drummheller.

  • haha I am, But bc is nothing like that.

  • Your just arrogant xD Go for a hike

  • actually, douchebag. I just came home from a 6 day hike in Hope. so stfu and ddos.

  • @TheHondaAbuser

Move to the states then if Vancouver is "shitty" and theres no "big ass waterfalls" you whiner.

Why"d you bother going on a hike if your just going to come home and whine the next day? I've been on hikes and its simply beauiful man, appreciate what you have, (or move away)

  • you are really fucking stupid arent you? and dont reply back u bore me, also British columbia looks nothing like this, it beutiful but it is definatly not as nice as they make it look.

  • Yeah its called propaganda, we know B.c Isn't all as the movie puts it.

  • Go backcountry skiing and then report back.

  • How they try to make it look? This video is really british columbia.... either you didnt travel well enough in BC or you can just not be satisfied enough. I am from eastern canada and from Victoria to Calgary, Canada is trully a one of kind masterpierce of nature.

  • @canucks4ever83 true - I've travelled by land from east to west Canada, and it's really beautiful

  • You're right, those scenes were actually shot at Miniature World in Victoria.

  • theres no way bc is like that other places might be I go hunting dirtbikin hikin al the time and I never see anything like this!

  • I sentence you to exile in Ripley, Ontario.

  • aight come pick me up..

  • You're obviously not going in the right places. I've seen almost all of those places shown in the footage and BC is exactly like it's portrayed in terms of landscapes!

  • Actually, most scenery looks better in video.

    xD

    It's not just this.

I live here too and I know that the scenery in this video is real.

It's just that it looks better on a screen than in real life :)

  • @ToiletsfullofPoop im sayin like 90% of that is neufy land, Not bc Bc is great but not that great.

  • This just really makes me want to go camping.

  • The rest of the world can become like BC. I have lived in Squamish my whole life and can say that overpopulation is the one thing that is killing our planet's environment. It bothers me that in other countries there are scarce natural areas that are being urbanized. I think that the world needs a worldwide one child policy. Nature will slowly come back to other countries and they can market their landscapes just like we have in BC. I love the provincial parks here.

  • I love Squamish, such a cosy friendly town.

I've also been camping around those parts, It's a nice break from Vancouver. :P

  • I can't wait to move back home to BC

  • You should all come out for the Olympics : ) We have lots of space!

  • I bet you do considering that Canada has half the population of the UK but is like 56 times larger than it! :)

  • im from britain and can honestly say british columbia is the best place on earth for sheer breath taking beauty. id love to live in canada but need to proove my worth to the country.

  • One of my teachers at culinary school was british and lived here in vancouver for four years and said its alot nicer

  • Argh why wasn't I born and raised up in Canada?! :'( I'd give anything to live in British Columbia! :(

  • I love B.C.

But I'd also love to be in England ^^
