i was in dominica for 7 hours came from a cruise from PUERTO RICO and i didn't see traffic. ROSEAU is way too small for traffic and for traffic lights it not much you have but how you treat people and dominica at least treated me nice and that is worth more than any 5 star hotel in the world.
they should really attempt to install some stop lights around the city. but nooooooooooo! they spend millions off dollars building some stadium ( which btw, may not be used for the purpose it was intended for) i'm a dominican, so i know.

Installing traffic lights in a city with no two way lane wouldn't make any sense...and besides, town doesnt be really busy.
