Another great overview. I'm not a fan of PCs. I've been using macs for years. But videos like this almost make me want to put together a shit box so I can indulge.
@wip3outguy7 Thanks man. I don't know how I discovered these, after all most shooters on the PC are pretty poor. But the Japanese have again pulled it off. You've got so many awesome games you hardly need to worry about the shit box!!
@wip3outguy7: PCs are very cheap if you build them yourself. Get a friend to build you a decent system if you don't know how. For $400 or less you can build a good machine that will play all these games and even some higher end games too. Integrated Video is getting very good, especially on the Core i series of processors.
...or you could dual boot with Windows using Boot Camp. :P
@Tamanozke Yep. I'm currently running XP via Boot Camp. My how things change in a year. ;)
I used to build PCs pretty regularly up until 2003. I grew tired of what felt like endless upgrades and the need to throw out most of what I had put together to start from scratch when I would hit a proverbial brick wall of new hardware requirements. I understand that things are somewhat different now, but I have no desire to cross over to that side of the market again.
