i did this with the crouch jump....i didnt need grenades its a waste with grenades.and my friend showed me a glitch that he calls "the bunny hop"...okay you go into 2 player mode have one of the players have an energy sword...have one of the players jump on top of the guy with energy sword (both look up) then person with energy sword quickly taps X,B really fast then the person on top stays still and then eventually the person on top will start flying and you can get ontop of ANY building
