Oh God, the Spock Prime part had me crying...the lyrics go just so damned well with what you can lip-read he;s saying - and it's as poignant now as it was years ago.
Love the video and the song so much - would just like to say I pulled up this video while doing work in another room just to listen to "Hallelujah" forgetting that there were voiceovers, and it turns out that listening to just that audio with the characters speaking over is so beautifully poignant in itself, I might just have to do it again.
I know he wants to cry. I -know- it. But he's afraid to. He doesn't want people thinking bad about him. I honestly think he's more worried about what people will think of him if he shows more emotion than anything else. He's in need for a good cry though.
This is perfect. Like many others I think the verse for McCoy was very good.

Spock hasn't had the time to mourn the lost of his mother and of his home world.
Fate and duty never have perfect time to
place that burden on you. Kirk had no choice, but force the issue, and make Spock confess that he isn't ready to lead them.
Kirk wouldn't have to do what he, if Spock only ask for his help, things would of been different.
