saw Billy run the GTO IN 09 in Cecil ,Ga running adrl 10.5 tire . the GTO is ford powered . 404 cu. in . cleveland style . He won . T alked to him about 5 minutes ; nice person like his dad . watched his dad race in the 70`s , 80 `s . Billy was killing them on the tree .
I miss seeing Billy running in Outlaw 10.5 or Super Street Outlaw as they called it back then when he drove the black Mustang. I remember seeing him run against Jimmy Keen who also had a bad ride.

I watched Bill run Tim Lynch and win at the I40 dragway... Still a Lynch fan though even though nitrous can whoop some tail.
