@Anarsito Dude, He doesn't worship Buddha. Buddha founded Buddhism, but he was no god. He even said to his followers that he didn't want to be remembered and worshiped as a god. And FYI, we've won the revolutionary war, the war of 1812, the civil war, the Spanish-American war (which lasted just over 5 months), the Phillipine-American war, WWI, & WWII. @cakelover33 the United States first and the utmost utilize the Geneva Convention as the template for creating the Rules of Engagement, ROE, as do other nations that honor the convention as well. When politicians stick their noses into military doctrine and say what we can do or can not do, which is mostly can not. If you and the rest of the other armchair quarterbacks have actually been there and seen what happens, you don't know what you are talking about.

@cakelover33 that is right, but the current Congress and faux Pres, tie the military's hands to do anyting about it. We have to give notice before we raid a village or a house. We can not simply shoot a guy that is digging a hole in the ground, or the guy putting an IED in the hole or the guy that attaches a wire to the IED or the guy watchig the hole with a cellphone in his hand.
