The character as seen in your video here does not have max physique. You may well have maxed the other two strength attributes, but not physique.

There's no way around the character turning into a muscle-bound ogress with max physique, same as there's no way to avoid being super tall with maxed out skill, or avoiding the blue lines while maxing Will.

You can get purity by eating tons of vegetables, might take a while though.

Also, while you're trying to build it up don't have sex or eat any kind of meat. (and avoid alcohol too)

@Grantofglyn you mean to not be pure or corrupt? mix your diet, if your pure eat meat and drink beer and stuff, to make you corrupt, or if your too corrupt already eat veg and fruit and drink fruit jucie and water. however if you become fat eat celery its give -5 fat

@JCM449 The one thing you need to remember to do as soon as your char grows up is to buy a heapload of res and health potions so as to avoid get knocked out which makes the scars.

For all you characters out there who chose to sacrifice your youth and beauty for the girl, I'm sure you know that you can get it back by donating to the Temple of Light.

It works, believe me. I donated 30,000 gold (which wasn't much to me since I own all of Fable II...) but anyway, I went to do a quest and surprise, surprise! No wrinkles!!! :D
