That's awesome well done! Do you put more emphasis on speed and positions when you squat? I'm not trying to say you don't squat heavy but this looks very simple if 220 for 2 is your best FS.
@samueljev obviously he puts more emphasis on speed. In weightlifting you must handle the weights with speed, is not like in powerlifting where you can get away with slow speed lifts.
But in general, speed is always more important than weight. If you start to move slow, then you are going too heavy.

@samueljev I squat what I feel helps my legs get stronger. I don't kill myself with heavy squats all the time.
