He use the same Greek word "teleios" as in 1 Cor 13:10. Why would faith and hope need to continue? Because (2 Cor 5:6,7) "while we are at home in the body" - in other words, our whole earthly life - "we walk by faith not sight." Is the apostle Paul contradicting himself, or are you?

The N.T. definition of prophet for me is simple. It is everyone who has a gift of prophesying. The problem of many prophets today is that they want to be named:-) while this gift works in very humble way. The N.T. requirement is first 100% for prophecy, then for prophet - 1Cor. 14. 29!

In 1Cor. 14. 5, 14. 24(!), 14. 37 - there is enough evidence for existing of gentile prophets unless you think that this epistle has been addressed to Jews. Some people do so...

When people say "restore" Todd my question is ,"Restore to what?" Todd is doing what he has always done. He didn't fall from anything. He just got more exposure than he could handle. When he knew the TV trucks were coming back for evidence he panicked and ran. If the TV news people had not questioned him, he would still be holding the "revival," getting drunk and sleeping with his "friend" on the staff....and he would still be married.
