If any knows about the Lowell Spinners (The Sox single A team), in 2005 they had a great team. With Ellsbury, Lowrie and Buchholz (before he sucked), they were stacked with Sox prospects. I went to a game were Clay was pitching, there were so many scouts scouting those three. I would recomend going to the Spinners, you can see future stars.

Amen, brother (or sister). Lugo is completely useless. I hope Lowrie tears it up over the next few weeks so they HAVE to play him even when Lugo gets healthy.

Seen the amount of errors he has made this season? Leads the leagues, if I'm not mistaken. Lowrie has also equaled his homerun mark, and hasn't played in the amount of games he has been in.

That's why I don't get the criticism of Lowrie. The knock on him is that they aren't sure if he can play an adequate shortstop at the Major League level. That remains to be seen, but in the meantime, WE KNOW LUGO CAN'T! So go with the better offensive weapon!

Good. Lugo's on the 15-day DL and we'll see how Lowrie fairs. This is his big chance to show he is worthy to be in the Show!

Did anyone see how Ellsbury couldn't get to the ball and Lowrie had to go all the way from short to get the ball that Betancourt or somebody flared into left, and tried to get it to drop down? And that spectacular running catch robbed him of a hit. Then, of course, his first major league homer. We'll see if he can tack on more during the two weeks now that Lugo is out..
