I have one very good one too, Caned Tuna Ochazuke.
All you need is rice, caned tune, shredded nori and salted sesame and of course some Houji-cha or green tea :-)
Right, I usually use left over rice coz they are more chewy and would not stuff up inside your tea, sprinkle the rice with some shredded nori and salted sesame, add some tuna. Lastly, add some green tea or houji-cha. mm.. I'm hungry now..
Since its after Thanksgiving, I wonder how this would taste with some nice roasted turkey...Sometimes I like to fry turkey slices with panko so i'll give it a shot~
WOW! That's exactly something I need... A meal that can be prepared really fast due to my hectic life in the TV Station. And that Onigiri Ochazuke is also delectable for me because I loooooooove salmon. That snack is easy enough to make. Great recipe, Jay. I like the start of the video too with your collaboration with the Runnyrunny999! Your video recipes are entertaining as always. :-)
Take a piece of salmon salt and pepper it then on one side spread a good amount of Dijon mustard, then you put the salmon sauce down on some kasha (roasted buckweat) and press to make it adhere. Put the salmon on a sheet of parchemin paper sauce and kashi facing up. Broil close to the heat source for about 4 to 5 minutes (don;t make it burn) Prepare a bowl with hot rice put the salmon on top and pour your green tea on top. NUMMY!
@runnyrunny999 hey runny, you could... use drop box for this kinda stuff :D you upload the video and send jay a link for him to download it, you can store up to 2GB or more
or... sugarsync or... skydrive from Mr. Microsoft, they offer up to 5GB of storage for free too...
should we put green tea in ? 0.o

can you eat it without the green tea?
henryz0r 3 months ago
@henryz0r sure, then you have yourself an onigiri. You can eat them anywhere. The perfect handheld food.

If you buy onigiri and hot tea directly from the conbini and just mix it, i wonder if it'd be good or just plain nasty.. haha.
what about the already fried onigiri and then just add tea? lol.
