  • this guys a legend. looks an action man i had as a kid.

  • arrgggghhhhhhh

  • ur so red at 2:16

  • I hate doing exsersizes that require to lift weight to your head. Asking for a beat down eventually. Just Like benching without a partner.

  • Speak slower...please

  • i did this workout in the gym today with 15lb dumb bells lol lame i know, but im an extomorph, and my form was a little sloppy but i swear to god it was one of the best tricep workouts ive ever performed, and i added in some rope pushdowns with my elbows tucked in, and i stretched my triceps the way you did too on the side of the squat rack and all in all my triceps are sore and i took some protease digestive enzyme capsules along with a good bit of food, and a whey protein shake.

  • i think you're legit, im a tiny ectomorph and have a tough time butting on muscle and your right, by eating right and lifting right and allowing recovery to take place thats all that is need to build lean muscle fast, and im always working my triceps constantly and have been looking for a workout that'll give them a blast and i plan on hittin the gym and today is back and biceps for me, so i'm definitely throwing this into my workout

  • juice arms

  • i don't like dumbells touching ma face want the fucking dumbell touching ma face fuck this white nigga

  • you the man!

  • @mch158 look up wrist curls and reverse curls.

  • @mch158 Protein and basic exercising and work your way up works.

  • @skullkid9830 thanks dude :)

  • @mch158

reverse grip ez bar cable curls, and some zottoman curls, with barbell behind ur back curls

    should do the trick :)

  • Hey Darin, I was wondering how many reps / sets you would recommend in a workout geared towards improving endurance along with strength.

I was always taught that workouts that consist of less than 12 reps with high weight produce big muscles, but not much endurance, so I strive for 3-5 sets of 15-25 reps depending on the workout.

Am I under a false impression? or...

  • i tried this technique and your spiderman curls today. i must say it was the best burn my arms had in a while as opposed to my normal dumbell workouts! thanks for helping me change my routine for the better!

  • thank you change my life thank you

  • i wana look like that when im 40

  • man, i wish i could be in shape like that guy when I reach that age.

  • What kind of creatine did u use b4? Do u recommend creatine at all???

  • His triceps are bigger then his biceps

  • @broadcastmyass4u supposed to be, lol

  • @Mu5clehead I guess so sometimes, my biceps are bigger then my triceps tho

  • @Mu5clehead that means your arm isn't proportionally developed.

  • is that ur house cus big closet

  • do i get stronger if the weights fall and knock a few teeth out my mouth j/k fun excerise ima do this and more excierse to get back in season for the next rugby season

  • Hey thanks for the excellent videows! I freally enjoy them and they are full of awsome information! Thanks again!-p.s. i like your groaning!

  • you look truely awesome, from a womans point of veiw......hehehehehe, and the D- - - A - -'s that think you are doing drug don't know everything {if anything} about building mass {AKA... meat to go with the tators.....lol}. You have shown some awesome moves & explain how to do them in depth. I will put them into my regime.

  • this guy is awesome.. i love his workouts cos there well explained and stuff i can do at home.. i always say if u wanna get big ask a big guy lol and he is!!!

  • thanks!

  • I love this EXERSICE

  • should do bicep and tricep on the sam day?

  • Comment removed

  • There is no problem doing it all in the same day. When I work my arms I work the entire arms: forearms, biceps and triceps.

Your exercises become a little more generalized when you do it that way unless you're ok with spending two hours at the gym to fit all your bicep and tricep workouts into one day.

I usually also do about 15 minutes of full body cardio before I work out to fill in the blanks (Ie. some kettle bell workouts)

But the simple answer, yes, its ok to do them both together!

  • Awesome man your body is awesome keep it UP and thanks for these vidoes

  • Darin,

I'm 42 and have a tough time gaining mass on my arms. How often should I do this tricep exercise per week?

Thanks for your vids and for being a Mercola fan too.

    matt

  • @matrixm777 do triceps biceps and shoulders 3 times a week

  • wtf 3 times a week are you serious....if you'd have to do it 3 times a week then u should seriously question the quality of your arm workouts..

  • @ckranez i only do conpound exercise like the bench press 2 times a week then on sundays i do tricep bicep and shoulders

  • I am almost 18 can I get like this at age 23?

  • His body?... I dont think so... His body is much older and more fully developed.. He have had a greater body before (not that the body he has today isnt good... ITS VERY GOOD!)... But u can get as big, but ur bones will not (unless u are big boned XD)..

  • @Isferd unless u r big boned or u r a bone head or u have a really big boner ;)

  • @shahzains LMFAO

  • @m0bstok0 hahaha thanx

  • Great videos darin thanks for sharing btw you got a nice looking body keep it up.

  • ye, we get nice and high with this arm and then we slowly push it down and smashing our face) let's do the old pushups with weights)

  • I love your movies. Can you get a proper mic though? A lavaliere or something wireless would really raise the production value of your films. Also some post processing and color correction to make things look less yellow. With your knowledge and desire to help people, you could really produce some (more) great video!!

  • i've got a question, when i do this workout my shoulders feel like they are under a bit of stress, like they're going to pop or something, how do i prevent that from happening?

  • awesome, thanks dude/ the spidermans are great too.

  • man you are strong i have one question for u

i use massive whey gainer from ultimate nutrition one guy said that shakes with gain tittle have a lot of sugars why is that not good?

  • "...and I do not even take creatine...." so in your opinion creatin is something bad right? in that case is it something you "belive" or "know" for a fact??????

    greate work btw

  • Awesome!! I'm gonna try this next arm workout day. I did the Spiderman Curls last time and its was one of the most killer workouts for the biceps I have ever done.

KUDOS DARIN!! and keep up the good work buddy!

  • I did this workout yesterday, it worked good because i have a nice soreness in my triceps

  • Darin is awesome! He shows no sign of drug use, No puffy forehead or oddly large finger or knee joints. He is what a man looks like when he Knows what he's doing. Good job Darin.

  • I doubt whether there is a way to say just by looking whether someone is on the 'gear'. Many of the so called 'natural' bodybuilders have been juicing at some point of their life. You can either wait for 20 years or get the same growth in a matter of 5 years.

Not alleging that this dude here is on something, just making a point. Cheers.

  • arghhhhhhhhhhahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! LOL

  • man you crack me up with your expressions but you know your stuff, keep up the good work!

  • damn bro you are getting bigger and bigger everytime i see you

  • Thank you Darin, i'm gonna do this workout tomarrow in weight training.

  • i know alot of people who work out hard to look like this dont judge because you dont

  • Hey Led Zep,

I used to think like you about 25 years ago about a few of the physiques I looked up to. But I realized that I was only limiting myself. I finally started to open my mind up to the possibilities. And I am so glad I did, because now I am not only in great shape, but making a very good living at what I love to do. I am drug free for life and I do not even take creatine or any supplements. You can do it too.

    darin

  • yea i know your drug free i just said it to bother you

  • @fatlosslifestyle I have heard some not so positive things about creatine, i have only tried it once or twice. Thought maybe I was missing something, but now I see that I was mistaken!

  • @fatlosslifestyle Do you have some sort of protein/whey powder or an altered diet that helps. And can I get it in Australia?

  • @fatlosslifestyle Do you reccomend some sort of protein/whey powder or an altered diet that helps. And can I get it in Australia?

  • @fatlosslifestyle protein is a supp, creatine isn't even bad for you man

  • @futb0lista7777777 depends on what kind, mono is bad ethyl is good

  • @futb0lista7777777 Protein isnt a supplement. Protein supplements are supplements.

And he didnt say that creatine's bad for you.

  • @fatlosslifestyle Thats what I'm talking about. Darin I'd love to do a workout with you, but i live in U.K.

Led, his technique is flawless, working every aspect of the muscle, hence getting full muscular stimulation, add that to a good diet and you get full muscular growth. Maintain that for a year, and your on your way to building an excellent physique.

  • @fatlosslifestyle

    even protein powder?

  • @ledzep9120000 Dont be put off. Dream it, Do it!!

  • Well, my verdict is in...I tried this excersive along with the 'spiderman curl' and my arms are on fire! I am 5'11 and 175, I dont consider myself to be overtly strong but I am certainly not weak and by the 3rd set on each of these I was on 10lb. dumbells! Daren, where do you suggest placing these exercises in an arm workout? I found that after them I couldnt do much more. Thanks for the great exercises, keep them coming!

  • Darin = NATURAL awesomeness.

Keep it good Darin. Who knows, you might remain that fit and strong when you're approaching 80. (:

  • great vid man, keep them coming

  • dude, your unique exercises are freaking awesome!

looking forward for more! thanx ^ ^

  • i have elbow pain....darin any ideas?

  • sounds like to much weight

  • I just done these this morning followed by flexing the tricep muscles. Great great workout. I picked up the 30's thinking 10 reps no problem. Got to about 7 and had to use the other hand to spot myself. Bring on the next Exercise of the week.

  • Hey man, by any chance would you know how long the resting time should be after working a certain muscle. i usually do a week's rest on a muscle.

  • Before starting Darin's workouts I would do 1 muscle group a day and it would work out to be about 1 week of rest before I hit the same muscle again. Darin's workouts have you hitting every muscle 3 times in 2 weeks. He has it set up so that you aren't over training by doing that many times in 2 weeks. If you haven't bought his e-book it is well worth the $49. I didn't like the cardio video he offers so it's your call on buying that as well.

  • SHIT this guy is fuckin hulk, to fuckin much man

  • Thank You...Gave them a try...They really put me in my place !

  • This isn't a mass biulding tricep excercise, this is a shaping tricep excercise. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who doesn't have big triceps already.

  • great stuff, keep up the good work... keep them coming

  • awesome excercise, i usually throw this in sometimes and typically use a cable, i love his videos!

  • holly crap it really works. I did just 15lb bout 25 times. Talk about burn like hell

    thanx Darin

  • 25 of anything will burn like hell

  • hahaha...thats true!!!

  • nahh man i think ur legit, ur the man without a doubt, it's so much about the thoughts that you think and the foods that you eat!...(exercise that you do as well lol)

  • thanks man these arm exercises are great.

  • i can lift pretty heavy, and after 15lbs on the spiderman curls i couldnt move my arms and never felt a pump like that b4

il give this 1 a try today forsure

  • DARIN U ARE AWESOME DUDE i love ur vids

  • great stuff love watching your videos - are you going to do another video on food again?
