The last ten minutes of this movie are probably the most powerful in movie history! Hachi reunited with his master's wife after 10 years, Hachi walking through town, old and alone - even that final trip across the tracks to his waiting point, in the snow, using his last bit of energy, the vendor (Erik Avari ) crying, and Hachi seeing the brilliant light as his master comes through the doors and tells him it is okay to cross the bridge. I only wish more movies like this were made.

Superb movie... Hachi is awesome and this is truly an inspiring film.

The ending is so sad, it breaks my heart. I watched this movie 3 times and I still love it. For me, this is the best film I have ever watched for the last 5 years.
