there is minimal wobble in the bass, so not quite, but there is still SOME, and the melodic interludes are reminiscent of those from GOOD dubstep, but i guess i'd still characterize it as electro. kinda the same way the beatles were pop though. they really hadn't defined rock as a genre when the beatles came around, and electronica is a pretty diverse genre to characterize, since it has just exploded in the past decade (i'd say the past 4-5 years even).
