It's a fact that Azerbaijan Democratic Republic was the first secular democracy in the Muslim world, back when it was created in 1918. So, it's not "propaganda" at all. Oh, and btw, I just checked your channel, and it looks like you're from Iran. LMAO. An Iranian talking about democracy. There is NO democracy in your Iran whatsoever. Azerbaijan today may not be a full democracy, but it's a hell of a lot better than Iran (and at least it's still secular).
