to all you people who have suffered noisy antisocial neighbours as I have for 4 years,get used to it. accept it as part of your life and give up looking for help because that only adds to the problem.take the police and council and environmental health out of the equation and come to terms with that evil bastard next door.
life in uk now i'm afraid.police don't deal with noise issues.it' is virtually impossible to deal with noisy neighbours.I was told by the police that my noisy neighbour has her "life style choices".In other words it's ok to do diy at 3 am.it's ok to be up all night partying with scumbags.it's ok for her to slam doors and verbally abuse her little boy all day and night.according to environmental health there is "no statutory noise nuisance."nobody gives a fuck.
