Guys use CRT monitors because they use actually draw on their monitors with dry erase marker to track their arcs. The marker wipes off the glass easier than an LCD display. The actual work monitors are LCD though.
I would do anything to work here. It was rated number 6 place to work in the world and that's because they give everyone a chance. Screw pixar, I love DW!!!
Katzenberg is a bitch. Even just looking at his face tells me he is. From what I know about him, I can tell you that he can't sleep at night because of Pixar. He tried to ruined Lasseter on the first Toy Story and always says Dreamworks's movie are revolutions.

CRTs flashes every single frame more than Flat-Panels can do... And yes, main benefit of Flat-Panels, doesn't consume much electricity... Instead of looking forward to lower the consumption of electricity, they prefer to work faster...

He also said it was unanimous that being an animator under Katzenberg was aweful. Katzenberg was incompetent, hiding the animators away at the theme parks instead of using their talents.

It was kreepy Katzenberg at Disney who forced Pixar to put dirty humor and adult themes in Toy Story's first cut, which led Lasseter to get depressed.

All dreamworks does is gloat about people voicing the characters or put hip music that is in today. Pixar composes THERE own music. And the characters are just great you feel for them when they are down. Dream works can never do this and they depend to much on happy endings. I'm sorry but dream works is just shit.
