Yeah, good point. That is true, but it's going to be a little different from the father's perspective than it would be from that of the mother. Check out "Stealing Cinderella" by Chuck Wicks. That song really illustrates that point, and kind of serves as a counterpart to this song, in my opinion.

I love her perception and point of view. To me, i thought of this song about giving your daughter away.. to a husband who is going to be taking care of her, but i absolutley love the way she put it, in terms of the fact God is taking care of you, and treats you how you should be. Great :) love her!
