Yes, it is the voice of Sally Yeh ( famous Taiwanese actress & singer)singing this lovely song but the girl in this photo belongs to Kelly Chan(famous Cantonese actress & singer from Hong Kong) & NOT Sally Yeh!! why do they do that? but other than that I <3 this song very much & Sally Yeh sings it beautifully..<3 it ^_^
