Parents of these young CHILDREN involved with this riot need to be charged under the Child Protection Act. Clearly they are failing their duties as Parents and guardians to these kids. To watch and cheer their behaviour is wrong. Poor kids never known love of a good family if they turn out like this. Footage shows adults watching these minors carrying out unruly behaviour should be ashamed of yourselves. Your as bad as those dirty peados that abuse your youngesters at mass.
