Not true. This was such a fun episode, especially when lupin and zenigata were running through the hallways trying to avoid a wall of water coming there way. Yeah, it was a bit campy and the wax dummies molded from actual celebrities was a pretty far out idea, but believe me, this outing was nothing short of solid. In truth, there are really only a few weak or average episodes in the whole series. the rest are standouts in one way or another.
