  • Oooooh its very very good an comparation with others covers

  • at least his name is paul

  • Thanks. I think the idea is to take the ingredients that, in this case, Sir Paul gives us and add our own spices to it.

  • Gracias amigo

  • me gusta esta buena la interpretacion ok very good

  • Thanks. I'll look into it. Happy New Year. Paul

  • awesome video you should do mind games by john lennon

  • Thanks a lot. Nietzsche's still smells the same. Happy New Year. Paul

  • Beautiful, you're a phenomenal bass player...obviously. I see you're a Buffalonian as well ! I lived there from 86 - 91, college and then a year goofing off. Some great musicians in that town...I used to love Nietzsche's.

  • Very nice! I think that's the last bit i needed to finally by a bass!

  • @93totok Thanks. I want for a long walk yesterday and took Sir Paul and his friends with me. I'll never get tired of his company!

  • Wooooow I like this!!! This is THE cover!!!

  • @takeo1969 That's really kind of you...Thanks. Even though you are not in the US tomorrow, I hope that you have a happy Thanksgiving. Paul

  • @Zephead96 Thanks Calum. We all have Sir Paul to learn from.

  • very nice, but some parts isn't like the song, you made your way to play the song, nice!

  • @jpbsb Thanks! Keep in mind that this isn't Mozart, where the notes are written downand played played everytime. This is a living form... I'm certain that the-perhaps-20 times Paul played this, he played it 20 different ways, always with the same feel. It's not a valid goal to try any play a tune note for note as it was published that ONE time we have been hearing it. Go for the feel and concept. I look foward to spending some time on your page.

    Paul

  • I am so looking forward to spending my Alaskan winter with you. I'm going to learn so much.. love listening to your bass..now I really, really, want to play that way. Fig~

  • @FigNewton88 Thanks Fig. Reading that is a nice way to start my day,

We all have the rest of our lives to listen to Sir Paul's work. He's tauaght us all.

  • some parts in this song remind me of the bassline of And I Love Her, mostly from 0:40 - 0:47

  • @XtrmMcjohnson That's a good observation. It reminds me of "Rain". It's a standard riff that Paul, and many others, used over and over.

  • nice bass playing...demonstrates McCartney's melodic abilities.

  • Hi Guz...

Yes... Markley flats. I'd LOVE to add them to a bassman tube amp with 2X15. That'd SCREAM! Thanks for your feedback.

  • Very nice! Love the sound of the P-Bass. Are you playing flat strings?
