Beautiful, you're a phenomenal bass player...obviously. I see you're a Buffalonian as well ! I lived there from 86 - 91, college and then a year goofing off. Some great musicians in that town...I used to love Nietzsche's.
@jpbsb Thanks! Keep in mind that this isn't Mozart, where the notes are written downand played played everytime. This is a living form... I'm certain that the-perhaps-20 times Paul played this, he played it 20 different ways, always with the same feel. It's not a valid goal to try any play a tune note for note as it was published that ONE time we have been hearing it. Go for the feel and concept. I look foward to spending some time on your page.
I am so looking forward to spending my Alaskan winter with you. I'm going to learn so much.. love listening to your bass..now I really, really, want to play that way. Fig~

Thanks. I think the idea is to take the ingredients that, in this case, Sir Paul gives us and add our own spices to it.

some parts in this song remind me of the bassline of And I Love Her, mostly from 0:40 - 0:47

@XtrmMcjohnson That's a good observation. It reminds me of "Rain". It's a standard riff that Paul, and many others, used over and over.

Hi Guz...
Yes... Markley flats. I'd LOVE to add them to a bassman tube amp with 2X15. That'd SCREAM! Thanks for your feedback.

Very nice! Love the sound of the P-Bass. Are you playing flat strings?
