Nope, you're wrong. The guy you're referring to is none other than Roger Swan. He's Canada's premier Hip Hop producer. He works out of Hipposonic studios in Vancouver. He's worked with everyone from K-Os, Kanaan, Moka Only, and everyone in between. He mixed one of my tracks a few years ago. Roger did an awesome job on the mix.
