With this stage, though, it doesn't help that the unused background visuals are so much more sterile and kind of noir in a way.

Chill Man's theme was definitely this theme reincarnated.  Just listen to the first 12 seconds of this and compare it to 0:32-0:44 for Chill Man.

@dnlhern2 from what I have heard, Philx got it from a friend, who has a soundtrack with many unused tracks. He gave it to him saying he could post, but requested he not pass it around.

Well, I think of this as an example: The Super Mario Kart beta isn't going to be dumped because of the cartridge owner's fear of the monetary value being wiped clean if it's dumped\ripped.
