I live near the German border, so I could get you some real Lebercheese. However, by the time it arrives at Customs people will faint from the "odour"of the cheese. So it would be better to travel to Germany, stay for a couple of weeks, eat all the cheese you can eat and then return. :-)

Goodness no! The only cheese I eat is melted on a pizza! The leberkase I refer to is sometimes referred

to as a 'German meat loaf' because different butchers use different types of deli meat. It isn't liver and it isn't cheese. But beyond that it's as

mysterious as the content of a hotdog! It's served warm, as it is baked, and it is not unlike bologna.

But it's so tasty, it still won't make it past customs.

Not from the odor, but it may vanish from its appealing taste! Cheers, ~T
