When I first watched this commercial I thought this was all an act. I found out later that the person in the commercial was the actual chairman of DaimlerChrysler and that his mustache and accent aren`t fake

I have a 2002 dodge ram they look good and are cool looking but suck as far as fuel economy goes. No wonder toyota and nissan are kicking are asses. Chrysler sucks ,Ford is worse and Gm makes cheap parts.

How can you not like Dr. Z? I know the commercials may be a little corny, but this is a whole lot more interesting than your run of the mill car commercial.

Remember, Lee Iacocca did ads before when the K-cars came out in the early 1980s. He had to stand by the products. And at the time, Dr. Z did it too. Unfortunately, the Daimler and Chrysler divorce came a couple years after this ad was announced. It wasn't till this past model year that the German and American engineering worked with the Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300.
