I'm a big fan of soccer, obviously as a Croatian I pretty much have to be, but I'm not a fan of Fifa 12 at all. Pro Evolution is the best soccer game in the world, by far, even if they don't have the licences for all the leagues and teams. EA Sports is so overrated, 2K Sports is the far superior brand in my opinion. Thumbs down if you agree. *reverse psychology

@TheCroatiaKid Stick control, puck control, physics, licences... in every point, NHL10 and later are superior to 2K games. I spent so many times on NHL2K02 to 2K07 that I'm sad to admit it, but for NHL2K09 2K10, I was really disappointed. Like for football (aka soccer), EA sports improved the quality of their games since 3/4 years.

And 2K... I believe they focuses their work on NBA 2K (MASTERPIECES), cuz MLB 2K is such a bad game compared to MLB the show...

Sure the graphics weren't up to par, but at least they had all the player faces. I still can't get over that, how could EA be so lazy as to not put the players faces in NHL 12???

@TheCroatiaKid : it's the same issue in PES. Great modelisation but such bad graphics : it's sad, unrealistic and just boring. I believe that EA don't care about this detail. I don't really know why... maybe it's just a matter of public. EA games are created for everyone, and if the general appreciation of the fans is great, they deal with it. (God, it's hard at 2:40am to speak a understandable foreign language, sorry boys.)

PES was better before FIFA went in next-gen (PS3 and 360). Now, I feel much more realism in FIFA than in PES. The passing physics are awful in PES, feels like ping pong in players feet, the ball seems to be glued to the turf, the players run like hell (try to play against Messi...)...

@leo1fun yeah I know, but I prefer 2K Sports, it's just too bad that NFL has an exclusivity licence with Madden, because NFL 2K5 was the best football game ever. NBA 2K12 is amazing, wish they would have kept making the hockey games too. The graphics are better on EA but the game play is more realistic in 2K, and at least 2K had all the players faces. I find it inexcusable that there are only a handful of players on each team in NHL 12 that have their real faces. Shameful.

If u press LB or RB, u will get the player to go on a break-away! And the Y Button is the break-away pass;) hope it helped

@DilssuK8 Through ball, not breakaway pass. and LB makes your closest teammate to go on a run and try to unmark himself and receive a pass.

The through ball is a pass that gets to your teammate ahead of him, so he has to make a run and get to it.
