Im surprised that anyone even cares what ron howard does or that its criticising the catholic church. its a story of fiction, real places or religions dont change anything. Thats like getting angry at the movie Dogma or something. Also what the fuck over this comments 'christians can't be terrorists debate'. Suicide bombing isnt the only terrorism. Look at the IRA, KKK, Russian Pogroms. Or Jewish terrorism - groups in 1930-40's. older history is also full of it. iwebber88 is right, its politics.

I hate the Muslim bashing too, but are you talking about the Insurgent groups in Uganda? They weren't a Christian group by any means, they were politically driven and Christians played no part in them. Suicide bombings, believe it or not, are psychologically driven by politics, whether or not they are Muslim, Christian, atheist, or hindu means nothing more than pinpointing their affiliations. (Freerepublic says otherwise, but I don't trust their polls all the times)

I don't, but that was my point. Religion is not a catalyst for suicide bombings, it's almost purely political. Religion, culture, and traditional indicators serve as scapegoats.

There is not payoff. Look at the Soviet Union, where men went to battle where they knew they would die. Look at Pearl Harbor as well. They did it for the state.

Yeah I just double checked my sources, Uganda suicide bombers were Muslim BUT not done FOR Islam. You can Google "suicide bombings in uganda" but that carried minimal results. And suicide bombings began before the Tamil Tigers, it was the Suicide VEST that they invented. Japanese kamikazis can be seen as being suicide bombers as well.

As a conservative the show Red Eye is an embarrassment. As the Huffinton Post should be to liberals. Steven Crowders videos are funny and on point. The couple of shows of Red Eye I have seen have had the same problem. The host sucks. People normally very good in other shows or venues are terrible on Red Eye.
