You need a micro sd card and a SD Usb...

you can plug the sd card in the usb , the usb in your laptop/pc, download games. and plug the sd card in your r4 .. enjoy =)

No it works with USB there is a Micro SD card in it and you can put that into your USB stick and the USB stick into your computer
