Yes, google: SNES ROM for Kirby Super Star and look for the one that has OneFlyRides in the name. I did it and it works very well.

The first ablity is ice and you get it on the first planet (just go thruogh the first door that you see intill it's winter then go left to another door, then enter and thats how you get the ICE ability)
That boss is ace and so is this game. Long live Kirby.
