Seance everyone has identified the car (Taurus SHO first gen) i thought i would add some specs to the table. 5 speed V6 220hp/222ft-lbs of torque witch could spinn up over 8,000 RPM, Valvetrain: 24 DOHC, compression ration 10:5:1, and a power to weight of 13.99. My pops had one of these cars and sold it for a M6 and to this day he still regrets selling that SHO.

@karatohon Thats not true, my uncle rear ended a police car in a Ford SuperDuty going 60km/h and practically totaled the cruiser and he was not charged. In ANY accident, if its your error you can be charged for a wide variety of charges, doesn't matter who's vehicle you hit. The reason why the police ram the this video, the police are trying to ram the suspect off the road, rather then letting him go untouched dangerously down the road. And you would never get charged for assault in a collision.

You have to consider this though, because you do drive and so do I, this can happen SO quick and it doesn't leave you much time to react fully.
