  • Hi there, great info...by the way what I'm wondering. What's the story with walking on concrete? Is this still considered ground or does it have to be grass, earth or stone...'natural' ground...does concrete conduct?? Thanks :)

  • @Tigagirl Here is what the deal is about this according to Clint Ober : concrete is grounded, and it does conduct, so you are grounded when you are barefoot on it or indeed when you use grounded footwear . Asphalt, however, is not conductible and you wont be grounded on it...

  • @Zenfood1 Interesting thank you, would be worth walking around with a body meter and see how different surfaces fair..have you done this yourself??

  • @Tigagirl i have not because you still have to ground your body meter somewhere... and if you are out in the field your body voltage wont be very high anyway, as this increase happen when we are surrounded by electrical field. if you are outside in the street taking a walk you wont have a very disturbed body voltage, most probably, but still you wont get the benefits of being grounded (free electrons, etc) .

  • @Zenfood1 oh yes I see, sorry just getting my head around it all :) so how can you determine if any surface you are walking outside on ground level on is conductive or not, is there anything you can measure this with? just getting kinda geeky here that's all hehe. Thanks for the nudge by the way, just checking out Clint Ober Institutes site, very interesting!!

  • @Tigagirl dont be sorry ! how do you think i learned this stuff in the first place... being geeky is the way to go ;-) . the way to determine if its grounded is to know if it conducts... and to use common sense. but really, if you are outside and barefoot (or the equivalent), you will be grounded on almost any surface except asphalt. and if its wet then conductivity is even higher! so you are grounded on grasses, earth, most rocks, on the beach... and you are NOT grounded on asphalt, wood...

  • @Zenfood1 A thumb tack is a little nail or Drawing pin you put into a bulletin board. Wikipedia has a picture...

  • Hello, where did you get the hemp seeds? thx

  • @lightenergybeing i got them before living hemps seeds were outlawed ! sorry.. dont know where to find them anymore!

  • @Zenfood1 K thx

  • @lightenergybeing hempusa.org is a great place for hemp thc free products, but no seeds they sell will grow as or into plants.

  • @chuckMvideos thanx :)

  • what about a thumb tack? would that work?

  • @presouz Yes that would probably work. All you need really is something conductive (usually metal of some sort) that goes from the ground to your bare feet or Silver sock. Then you can be sure you are grounded.

  • nice work

  • What wire does your friend use? Sime wire?? Please give link

  • I have been looking online for those silver socks would you offer me the name of the website i cant make out what it is exactly from you wonderful accent cheerfully gleefully thank you so much i am so excited about being grounded at night and on my hikes if i get the socks so i also need the copper wire on my shoes nobody makes shoes for hiking without rubber do they? :)
  • @trackingtko I think the socks are through the web site "less EMF."

  • @trackingtko The socks are in the safety garments area under "CONDUCTIVE SOCKS"

  • silver lining socks?

write website here please - accent thick. thnx

  • @amthedivineone I think the socks are through the web site "less EMF."

  • @amthedivineone The socks are in the safety garments area under "CONDUCTIVE SOCKS"

  • can't you embed a copper plate in the bottom of the shoe

or in the tire grooves of the shoes, line copper wiring in there, can it be glued?

what about liquid copper, I mean melted and then poured into the grooves

do any of these ideas make sense to anyone

    let me know

  • This'd be so much easier if only it was incorporated into the initial construction of the shoe. I know that's a huge DUH, but it's so frustrating looking for, by our standards, good shoes & having to settle for much less than we ever pay for. Does anybody know of any shoe that grounds, considering that none of us really has rubber souls?

  • Your videos are very helpful. Thanks for sharing.

  • Why not just use 3m shoe grounding strips?

  • good luck to you!! id be interested to see the end result Michelle! ;-)

  • VERRRY INTERESTING!!! I'm going to ground my shoes!!! Awesome!! Michelle loveartmichelle@live.com

  • another option would be to buy grounded or clean room shoes, no rubber soles. :)

  • @Swansen03 oops, meant anti-static shoes, not grounded shoes.

  • ride a bike without rubber tires.

  • attach it to ur ancle mate with a wrist strap , jd
