did this same thing as a lift to a sky castle and bedrock depth mine.. only problem is the grater the climb the greater the momentum and higher you fly up out of the water.. kept slamming into the celing of the lift building till I removed the roof :-D

ok im having a problem...the water is constantly tubulating and i keep trying to fill the squares so it stops but it just takes the water and is still turbulating and my boat is being pushed away... Any help???

I did something similar where I tried to make an underwater base and made a long chute down to a docking "sphere", but ultimately the water didn't act how I wanted to, got all blurry and I abandoned it, maybe I'll try again someday.

Awesome entrance though very safe....until they add sharks XD

@ps3SOMETHING First it is except and how do you make something more simple then a hole some water and another hole lol.

@kunrules If you want to do it in the ocean you will have to make a dry dock type thing by building up sand till surface, Casing the wall and then hollow out the middle so you have no water going down except from one stream at the entrace to the hole. Then you just do the same the other way except you make it lead into a pool deeper then your channel afterwards put streams in.

I still can't figure out how you did it. My ocean won't waterfall like that, and I cant get the reverse waterfall to work. More water just comes in the other side and the two streams collide

@drhockey14 Make a column wider the size you want the turnnel to be in. and make it above sea level and fill in the middle. Make the structure around it frmo sea bed and then remove the middle, you should now have a dry tunnel going straight down to sea bed or the cave if you started making that first. Now just hit the top layer of the structure away on the side you want the entrance and it should have a waterfall. Then make a 1 deep hole where the exit waterfall is. and create the waterfall

@irishllama It is from when a boat hits water it instantly attempts to float to the surface of it. So I made it the water fall goes into a 2 block deep hole so It doesn't spill out and create currents and then fed the main river into the waterfall so no currents through you back.
