Thanks for doing the video. Are the still shots from the FL-VL flash as well. Did you use it with the sync cable or without ie just relying on the optical slave?

I am looking for a slave flash that I can reposition in the room and use my point and shoot camera's flash to trigger it.

@MAFGmedia No the stills are using the Olympus FL-50R. The FL-VL is a low power flash but will provide a wee bit of fill but best used in close
