I am a college student. For my first semester here I feel I have strayed a little away from my roots in Christ despite going to church weekly. I need to make it a goal of mine to get back in the Word, develop a relationship, and stay strong in God!

The other day, my pastor told me that Daloris, a woman who had been a part of our church for a long time now, won her fight with breast cancer. he kept talking.... "she died yesterday and went to heaven. Going to heaven eithor way is a win..." It made me stop and think- think how god saves our lives... but also sometimes he takes our lives- because then we will be in a better place.
