Monsanto sues organic farmers when their franken-seeds blow over and contaminate the organic farmers' fields. Organic Seed Growers and Trade Association (OSGATA) is in court right now fighting Monsanto!

At 9:50 ... I'd like to point out that IP headers are not empirical because they can easily be spoofed.

i.e. - its just as likely to be someone setting Monsanto up as it is likely to be Monsanto doing it. Or it could be a Monsanto worker... after all, they made the genes, and know the most about them.

Personally I think the video is right. I'm merely stating that we should take this all with a healthy degree of skepticism - both what Monsanto says, and the anti-GM lobby.
