Ibogaine and other substances have this potential, but Ibogaine is very powerful.
If the big pharmaceutical companies can't make money selling "Ibogaine" then we'll never see it. I hate to sound so cynical, but the older I get the less I "get my hopes up" when I see stuff like this. I know that ANYTHING that helps opiate withdrawal would be a God Send!

What the hell?! I, and many others, NEED this. Why is ibogaine FUCKING illegal!!!!? The U.S. apparently thinks it's better for addicts to repeat near lethal doses of cocaine, heroin, and/ or alcohol than to at least TRY this!
i wonder if ibogaine can help with a benzodiazepine addiction. i've used lsd and it helped me understand that i needed to kick my addiction but i still have been hooked to alprazolam. i've been a xanax addict for three years. patrick kroupa is my hero. i've been reading his material for some time
It can help cure any addiction or issue you have going on to be honest. The "dreams", as she said, supposedly kind of take you to a place and break everything apart so you can understand why you are using 'x' drug or why you have 'y' problem. You can find people if you seek them out; there are a handful of people around that may be able to help you.
